Meet Dr. Ashley

I’ve helped thousands of women navigate their reproductive goals. I’ve seen the gaps in our current healthcare system, short appointments, long wait times to see specialists, and treatment options that don’t align with you or simply are not effective. I’ve been there myself.

I am on a mission to create better solutions for women and their reproductive goals. From better periods to building your family or feeling more educated and confident in your decisions; you deserve to know your options and make informed choices.

As a primary care naturopathic physician in BC, I use evidence-based methods to create sustainable plans. I help you bridge the gaps in your healthcare. If you work with a fertility doctor, gynecologist, or another healthcare provider, I integrate within your care team and help you achieve better outcomes.

I have always had an interest in the intricacies of the human body and its resilience. I strive to understand the why behind symptom patterns and use this information to educate my patients on how to support the body’s intrinsic ability to heal. Naturopathic medicine combines patient connection and empowerment with innovative outcome-driven healthcare.

Medicine and its language can be daunting. It is my goal to simplify, educate, and inspire you to make informed decisions.

I am a local, born and raised in Vancouver. I love connecting with people and hearing their stories. I'm also a proud nerd. I have a degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry and worked in the pharmaceutical industry in the research and development of novel pharmaceuticals. My true calling was in the art of medicine, integrating lifestyle, nutrition, lived experience, and evidence-based strategies to create tailored plans that make sense and work.

When not in the clinic, my hobbies include traveling, reading new books, and often you can find me outdoors; camping or hiking.

I love our beautiful province and believe deeply in the healing power of nature.
